Fairly clean property just next door to the Vaporetto, the waterbus stop and shops, restaurants, the Vaporetto and the market. Big size rooms of the apartment with a double bed. Excellent setting easy to find from the city center.

Staff is always helpful and good. The apartment has great and exceptional proximity to great bakeries, eateries, cafes, and gelaterias as well as most attractions.

The staff is good and helpful. The rooms are clean with a double bed, enjoyed that.- It has a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and fridges.- Just next door to the airport from the Rialto wharf, the Rialto Bridge and most attractions and so many dining options.

The apartment could have been brighter, as the interior was quite dark. The lack of natural light was a downside.

I had an amazing stay at M.A.R. in Venice. The apartment was even better than I expected. It had all the modern amenities while still maintaining its 16th-century charm. The host, Leth, was incredibly helpful from the moment we booked until we checked out. She showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Rialto bridge but still quiet. it was a memorable experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
